A. If a former member wishes to rejoin the Association and the reason for the termination of membership was failure to pay dues, the provisions of Articles 6 and 7 of the Bylaws shall apply.
(b) The Governing Body may, by a majority vote, revoke the decision to suspend the membership of a member whose membership has been suspended, after verifying that the reasons for the suspension have been resolved.
(c) Neither a member of the Association nor the heirs of a deceased member shall be entitled to a refund of any fees, dues, gifts, or donations made to the Association.
(d) If the competent minister decides to reinstate a member who was expelled from the Association pursuant to Article 8(5) of the Bylaws.
